"I continue to be impressed by TCM. I signed up for their preferred customer plan, since it included an annual tuneup as well as priority service for emergency repairs. In addition to providing the tuneup, they investigated a faulty baseboard that I had often wondered about and quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with an inexpensive solution. I feel good about having finally found a company that I can call with any heating or air conditioning issues that come up."

"Our Central AC unit stopped working earlier this year on one of the hottest days right before July 4th. We called a few places to see whom could help. As soon as I spoke to the Total Comfort team, I felt like I had made the right choice. They were amazingly responsive and were able to schedule a visit very quickly. Our service tech Paul was thorough and able to identify the problem fast. We had our unit working shortly and pricing was reasonable. I liked the fact that they called back to confirm his visit as well. Extremely professional company and also followed up to make sure we were happy with the service. Highly recommend these guys!"

"We decided that we were ready to install a central AC system in our home. We knew it was going to be a big job. All new duct work was going to need to be installed. We literally got 6 estimates. Not only was Total Comfort Mechanical's price extremely competitive, but the work was also top notch.
Wendell and his crew came in, laid down tarps, hung sheets, booties on the feet, the whole nine yards right from the beginning. His crew came in and worked their butts off. The work in our opinion was of high quality and the workers were very professional.
Price, professionalism, quality, & on budget. In the end we couldn't have been happier with Total Comfort Mechanical."
